Run by 23rd old half Chinese Londoner, Melissa Fu.
Mei Mei's has brought the Jian Bing - found on every street corner in Beijing - to the UK!
Using super fresh, free range produces at the stall and pop-up restaurant Wong's Happiness Diner we aim to change the way Chinese food is perceived in London.
Death to the deep fried mystery meats covered in fluorescent sauces - Long lives real homemade Chinese delicacies!
Jian Bings are big crepe-like pancakes topped with a free range egg, fresh spring onions, coriander, Hoisin and Chilli sauce and folded up around a crispy wonton cracker.
We fill them with our special Honey-glazed Char Siu Pork marinated for 24 hours and Roast Duck with spiced Plum sauce
Mei Mei will be serving her delicious food at Red Market until the end of July.
