Wake up, eat, work, eat, sleep, repeat - this is the relentless rhythm of our city.
In the summer of 2012, the Capture Collective were chosen as winners of the HTC Community Project, an initiative which invited the UK public to pitch their ideas for supporting their community for the chance to make their idea become a reality.
With the support of HTC and Trevor Nelson, appointed MBE for his services to the community, The Capture Collective set about recruiting a group of young Londoners who would capture and showcase a body of work that celebrated London and their community.
The result of their hard work is 'Graft’, a mobile photography exhibition that takes working London as its inspiration and captures the perspective of the public, to tell the story of the people that make our city tick.
The Capture Collective are a creative community founded by photographer and social entrepreneur Damola Timeyin. We aim to empower anyone with a camera to capture moments that tell the untold stories and provide a platform for people like you to showcase your work, because everyone has one great photo in them.
