Ping Pong (Chinese Dim Sum)

'From its early concept a clear direction was set for Ping Pong and the group was to become known for Dim Sum, Cocktails and Tea. An essential part of the Dim Sum culture is sharing among family and friends. The founders felt passionate that Ping Pong should bring an authentic Dim Sum experience to London, but with its own original twist, so all dishes were created to be shared’.

Red Dog Saloon (American BBQ)

'Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We smoke for up to 16 hours using the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour.'

Whaam Banh Mi (Vietnamese)

'Tom Barlow lived in Ho Chi Minh City for 5 years and came back to London with fire in his belly, to open a new kind of Bánh mì concept. Anh had been a chef in a number of Vietnamese restaurants from a very early age in Vietnam. Their great friendship came together in 2016 and since the first Whaam temple pop-up and our first site on Great Windmill Street opening in 2015, its been growing ever since.'
